The Legends, something I would like to seen explained...
In each class, except the Monk Class, there is a spell or skill that is named after an individual. These Legendary figures have never been explained or even mentioned outside of their skills.
Necro: Verata (Verata's Gaze, Sacrifice, etc)
Ele: Rodgort (Mark of Rodgort)
Mesmer: Wastrel (Wastrel's Worry)
Warrior: Bonetti (Bonetti's Defense)
Ranger: Otyugh (Otyugh's Cry)
Obviously, these people were great legends in their fields, and powerful enough to have spells named because of them if not having created the spells themselves. So if these people are so important to be noted in Tyria's history, why is it we know nothing of them?
I would like to see Anet release a longer detailed history book of Guild Wars. Including stories from the previous Guild War, more scriptures from the Gods, and the histories of these individuals.

Which would be why I said "more". Also, those same histories are seen on every statue, not just the ToA one's. Which is the problem. I would have been alot happier had they put different stories on each of the statues you find. Would have been more incentive to find the hidden statues.

Um... a wastrel is a lazy person. Wastrel wasn't a great mesmer, and if he was, he wouldn't have been worrying about this spell he made up.
Rodgort isn't named after a "person", so to speak... he was a man... or maybe a dragon man... or maybe he was just a dragon...
Bonetti and Verata, yes. I don't know where the name Verata came from, but Bonetti was a famous fencing master in Europe during the Renaissance. That's why the icon looks like it does. Of course, there's also the in-game Bonetti. A more appropriate warrior skill would be Galrath Slash, which was obviously named after the Villainy of Galrath guy.
An otyugh is this ridiculous abomination of a creature. From looking at the picture in the Monster Manual (yeah, I'm a nerd), it's a giant mouth with tentacles coming out of itself, which may themselves have mouths. But... yeah, that's where it came from. It's not a person.
But yeah, there is Dwayna's Kiss if you just want a Monk skill in the possessive, heh.
...dammit, Joe and I posted at the same time... and, apparently, exactly the same things, heh.

Verata is the first Necromancer teacher you get. He has alot of lure in the game.
Bonetti is a boss in Old Ascalon.
